Event: "The Art of Giving Great Service" - Zingtrain Virtual Workshop

The "Zingtrain: The Art of Giving Great Customer Service" workshop is being held this Wednesday, May 11th from 10am - 1pm on Zoom, hosted by the Michigan Cooperative Directors Association. Through this workshop, participants will learn the Zingerman's approach to customer service and how it can be adapted to work in their libraries. Some of the topics to be discussed include the importance of building a culture of great service, the power of language, and how to handle complaints/de escalation of conflict (both between customers and fellow employees).

The event is open to all libraries in any of the Michigan Cooperatives. There is a limited number of seats, and the first to register gets the seats. If this event sells out, a waiting list will be created & a second webinar will be considered.
