Our day kicks off with a guided tour of the Library of Michigan, followed by a meeting with some of its staff. Next, we'll head to the Michigan State Capitol for a guided tour that includes key highlights such as Heritage Hall exhibits, the Capitol Rotunda, the Governor’s Office, the Old Supreme Court, and both the House and Senate Chambers
A box lunch will be provided. The White Pine Library Cooperative will attempt to meet a majority of dietary needs but cannot guarantee restaurant preparation will be entirely gluten/dairy/allergen free. All attendees, including those with food allergies or vegan diets, are encouraged to bring food and beverages for the day.
